## What data is processed

- name and company name;
- a contact for our reply — phone number and/or email address;
- type of organisation and area of interest, selected from the lists;
- whatever is written in the task or comment field (thickness, format, volume, timeline, destination country).

The web server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, referring page and browser type — used only for spam protection and diagnostics.

Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not processed.

## Purposes

- answering the enquiry, preparing a quotation or technical consultation;
- sending sheet samples on request;
- agreeing supply parameters, shipping and export terms;
- concluding and performing a contract;
- protecting the site from automated submissions.

No marketing mailings without separate consent; no transfer to advertising networks.

## Legal basis

Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(1) of Law No. 152-FZ), given on form submission, and performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Art. 6(1)(5)).

## Disclosure to third parties

Not sold, not shared, except: hosting and email providers (to run the site and deliver mail); the carrier when samples are requested (name and delivery address only); cases directly provided for by Russian law.

No cross-border transfer. Databases with personal data of Russian citizens are located in the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5) of Law No. 152-FZ).

Enquiries from the EU, UK or other jurisdictions are processed on the same terms; the rights below apply.

## Retention

Until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than three years from the last enquiry, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first. Data with a statutory retention period is kept for that period.

## Your rights

Obtain information about processing, request correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent — by writing to sales@listacryl.com with the name and contact submitted through the form. Complaints may be addressed to Roskomnadzor or a court.

## Cookies and analytics

No cookies for profiling, no analytics counters, no advertising pixels. Web server logs only.

## Security

Forms are submitted over HTTPS; access to enquiries is limited to the staff who handle them.
