# Production: the LISTACRYL plant in Kirishi

A three-hectare site, a 7,500 m² main hall and a private rail spur. A continuous casting line for acrylic solid surface rated at 100,000 m² a year, a laboratory on the premises and equipment engineered inside the group.

## From compound to pallet

The process runs continuously: the compound is prepared, degassed, poured onto a moving belt and cured in a tunnel. What comes out is a calibrated sheet.

_03 — Transport: roller-table drives carry the web through every section of the line_

_04 — Curing: the sheet passes through a tunnel with a rising temperature profile_

_06 — Lifting and stacking of finished sheets by vacuum gantry_

## Lifting a finished sheet

## What stands on the premises

Production, warehouse, laboratory and rail spur share one site at Pobedy Avenue 32 in Kirishi.

Dosing and vacuum degassing of the compound. Engineered by SARMATECH.

## Russian manufacturing at world-brand level

LISTACRYL produces solid surface for seamless applications — worktops, sink areas and interior elements. Everything is made in Russia, at the Kirishi site.

SAFIT Group is the principal investor; SARMATECH engineered, built and installed part of the equipment. The manufacturing legal entity is Khotkovskoe RTP LLC.

Formulations are developed together with Russian chemists and samples are tested in our own laboratory. The result is the first Russian production of cast acrylic solid surface sheet built to the same standard as the global brands.
