Acrylic solid surface,
cast in Russia

Cast sheet made from PMMA acrylic resin and aluminium trihydrate. Our own casting line runs at 100,000 m² (1.08 million sq ft) a year — plus ADC, a composite whose density is dialled in to suit the part.

About the plant

Not a substitute for imports —
a line of our own

The plant was built in Kirishi, Leningrad Region. Three hectares of land, a 7,500 m² main hall and a private rail spur. Part of the equipment was engineered and manufactured inside the SAFIT group.

LISTACRYL is cast solid surface sheet for seamless worktops, sink areas, façades and interior elements. The material is homogeneous through its full thickness: colour and structure survive routing, sanding and surface repair.

The base is acrylic resin (PMMA) filled with aluminium trihydrate (ATH). That combination contains no styrene, does not yellow under UV and allows the surface to be restored completely by sanding.

An in-house laboratory sits on site: formulations are developed and verified here, together with Russian chemists. Mixing and dosing equipment — RESPECTA and AUTOCASTER — is engineered by SARMATECH.

The sheet in use

A bathroom brand within the same group. Basins, bathtubs and vanity tops are made from sheet and casting compound produced in Kirishi. It is our most demanding customer and the clearest test the material gets: deep draws, monolithic joints, and the way white stone carries light.

Lifting a finished sheet

56 seconds, no sound. A vacuum gantry lifts the sheet off the roller table and stacks it on a pallet. The clip does not loop — press to play, press again to replay.
