The questions
we get most

Material, sheet format, fabrication, supply. If your question is not here, write to the sales team — we reply within one business day.

How is acrylic solid surface different from polyester cast stone?

The binder. Ours is PMMA acrylic resin; most Russian lookalikes use modified polyester resin with styrene. The acrylic material does not yellow under UV, takes deep draws in thermoforming, gives a visually invisible joint and can be restored completely by sanding.

What sheet format do you produce?

The standard format is 760 × 3660 mm (29.9 × 144.1 in) in 12, 16 and 19 mm thickness. 760 mm is the current width of the line; widening to 1520 mm is planned. Confirm current formats and thicknesses with the sales team.

How much does a sheet weigh?

An ADC sheet of 760 × 3660 × 12 mm weighs about 38 kg (84 lb). An ordinary cast stone sheet of the same format weighs about 65 kg (143 lb).

What is ADC?

An adaptive density composite: acrylic resin, mineral filler, functional additives and the ALM active lightweight modifier. Density is set within 900–1800 kg/m³ to suit the part, from light furniture carcasses to load-bearing worktops. ADC is an internal product-line designation, not a registered trademark.

Does the material contain styrene?

No. The binder is acrylic resin and no styrene is used in the formulation. That is why the material gives off no odour in contact with hot water and does not change under household chemistry.

Can I get samples?

Yes. Send a request through the form or write to sales@listacryl.com — we will ship sheet samples together with current supply terms and technical documentation.

What does the sheet cost?

Price depends on batch volume, colour and thickness, so it is quoted on request. We send the price list in reply to an enquiry within one business day.

Do you ship outside Russia?

Yes. Tell us the destination country and the volume in your request and we will quote delivery terms and lead time together with the price.

How is the material fabricated?

With standard woodworking and routing equipment: cutting on a panel saw or CNC, edge routing, bonding with a colour-matched two-component acrylic adhesive, thermoforming in a mould, sanding to the required finish.

How is the surface repaired?

By local sanding with the appropriate abrasive grit. The material is homogeneous through its full thickness, so no visible boundaries or matte patches remain after repair.

Who manufactures the material and where is the plant?

The manufacturer is Khotkovskoe RTP LLC, part of SAFIT Group. The site is in Kirishi, Leningrad Region, at Pobedy Avenue 32. Part of the equipment was engineered and built by SARMATECH.

Do you have certificates?

Yes: a voluntary certificate of conformity ROSS RU.НВ78.Н07547, a fire safety certificate SSBK.RU.ПБ23.Н00153 (G2/V2/D2/T2 at 12 mm), test reports, and a quality management system certificate to GOST R ISO 9001-2015. All documents are issued in Russian. A sanitary certificate is being processed.
