Privacy policy
1. General
This policy explains how personal data submitted through listacryl.com (the Site) is processed and protected. It is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, which governs the Operator as a Russian company.
The policy covers all data the Operator receives through the Site's forms and during a visit. By using the Site and submitting its forms you confirm your agreement with this policy.

3. What data is processed
Through the request form you submit:
- your name and company name;
- a contact for our reply — phone number and/or email address;
- the type of organisation and area of interest selected from the lists;
- whatever you choose to write in the task or comment field (thickness, format, volume, timeline, destination country).
The web server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time of the request, the page the form was sent from and the browser type. This is used only for spam protection and diagnostics.
The Operator does not process special categories of personal data or biometric data, and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
4. Purposes
- answering your enquiry and preparing a quotation or technical consultation;
- sending sheet samples on request;
- agreeing supply parameters, shipping and export terms;
- concluding and performing a contract, should the parties proceed to one;
- protecting the Site from automated submissions and abuse.
Data is not used for marketing mailings without separate consent and is not passed to advertising networks.
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(1) of Law No. 152-FZ), given when you submit the form, and on the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Art. 6(1)(5) of the same law).
6. Processing operations
The Operator collects, records, organises, accumulates, stores, updates, uses, transfers within the limits of section 7, depersonalises, blocks, deletes and destroys personal data, by mixed means, with and without automation.
7. Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties, except:
- the hosting and email providers, to the extent required to run the Site and deliver mail;
- the carrier — name and delivery address only, and only if you requested samples;
- cases directly provided for by Russian law, upon a reasoned request from an authorised body.
No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place. Databases containing personal data of Russian citizens are located in the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5) of Law No. 152-FZ).
If you write to us from the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with its own data protection regime, we process your data on the same terms and act on the requests described in section 9.
8. Retention
Data is kept until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than three years from your last enquiry, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first. After that it is destroyed or depersonalised. Data with a statutory retention period (for example, contract documents) is kept for that period.
9. Your rights
You may obtain information about the processing of your data, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. Send a request to sales@listacryl.com, stating the name and contact you submitted through the form. The Operator replies within the period set by Law No. 152-FZ.
You may also complain to Roskomnadzor or go to court.
10. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use cookies for profiling and carries no analytics counters or advertising pixels. Web server logs are kept as described in section 3.
11. Security
The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, destruction, alteration and disclosure: forms are submitted over HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the staff who need it to handle them.
12. Changes
The Operator may amend this policy. The current version is always published at listacryl.com/privacy-policy/. The version date is shown at the top of this page.
