The ALBELA project

ALBELA is a solid surface bathroom brand running on LISTACRYL material and on the same site. Basins, bathtubs, vanity tops and mirrors are made from sheet and casting compound produced in Kirishi. It is at once our most demanding customer and the clearest test the material gets.

Who does what

Both companies belong to SAFIT Group and work from the same site in Kirishi.

LISTACRYL

The material

Formulation, sheet casting, casting compound, laboratory control, material certification. Supply of sheet to furniture manufacturers, distributors and fabricators.

ALBELA

The products

Design and manufacture of finished bathroom ware: 31 catalogue positions — floor-standing and countertop basins, bathtubs, vanity tops, mirrors and care products.

What it proves

Why this project
is the real test

Bathroom ware is the harshest environment acrylic solid surface meets: standing water, temperature swings, household chemistry and daily mechanical wear.

Deep draws
Basin and bathtub bowls are formed from flat sheet without whitening or crazing.
Monolithic joints
Colour-matched bonding sanded flush: the joint reads neither by eye nor by hand.
Light transmission
White acrylic stone passes light: the lighting works inside the material rather than on top of it.
Repairability
Scratches and wear marks are sanded out locally, leaving no visible boundary.

ALBELA makes bathroom ware. The identical material works just as well in kitchen worktops, reception desks, healthcare furniture, façades and retail fixtures. We supply the sheet and technical support on fabrication.
